History

Our Realty Corporation was established in 1972 by Rich McCleery and Tom Mattox. We have a deep appreciation and love of our chosen profession. We have pioneered many practices, The Virtual Tours, Listing Presentation Book, Dotloop, etc., that our fellow realtors have copied and utilized over the years. Twenty-five years ago we affiliated ourselves with Coldwell Banker, the leader in national real estate franchises. Coldwell Banker Mattox McCleery, Realtors will continue to lead the way with new technology and practices that will enhance our clients’ real estate experience. In 2012, we committed to be the first company in North Central Ohio to adopt one of the smartest tools in the real estate industry. It’s called “DotLoop,” a system that allows the buying or selling process to take place anywhere in the world with a WiFi connection.
