| The Mattox McCleery name in real estate has been in existence for over 45 years in the Mansfield-Richland County area. In 1989 both presidents of their respective companies decided to merge and become Coldwell Banker Mattox McCleery, Realtors.
Rich McCleery and Sarah Mattox had similar philosophies when it came to how a real estate company should operate. Both believe that Top Block Service is the only acceptable service. What is Top Block Service? The highest possible rating on a customer service evaluation, specifically in regards to the customer's perception of the overall home buying or home selling experience.

We operate our company in a modern facility. Our new office building and corporate center is at 1221-D South Trimble Road in Mansfield, Ohio. This office is equipped with ONLINE computers which gives us the latest sales and listing data available in the Mansfield area. We employ four professional support staff positions that back up our sales associates.
