I have been a real estate agent for the last 30 years, since 1979.   I have lived my entire life in and around the Mansfield, Ontario areas where I have also been involved in several community groups.   Prior to getting involved in real estate, I was a wife and mother raising three children.  My husband was part owner of Zahn's Construction Company, building our home as well as many other commercial buildings in the area; I assisted in the bookkeeping of the company.  I also worked for a local retail company with their cosmetic promotions for fifteen years.

My venture into the world of real estate started quite simply.  One day a friend called and said they thought her husband and I should go to school and become Realtors, I laughed at first but then the next thing I knew we were in classes at the Mansfield Ohio State Branch.  I am a certified Residential Marketing Specialist and a Corporate Business Development Professional.  Coldwell Banker has an excellent reputation in the community for providing competent, professional brokerage services ..  They offer high quality C/B literature, forms and brochures to their clients and customers as well as highly motivated Realtors. 

My goal with Coldwell Banker is to provide the best representation while servicing listings and buyers successfully.  I have found over the years that being a Realtor is very rewarding.  I have been able to form new and lasting friendships while satisfying my clients' real estate needs and wants.  I will work hard for my clients finding exactly what they need and getting them to the closing table.
